How to Excel the Great

Uber Teems Summer Marketing Strategy Project
During the Uber Teens Summer Marketing Strategy Project (July 14 – August 9, 2025), I worked as a Junior Marketing Partner at Uber Korea. Together with my team, I researched teen culture, analyzed consumer behavior, and designed a marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand engagement among young users. Our proposal emphasized both feasibility and creativity, combining logical analysis with insights into youth trends.
Through active collaboration, brainstorming sessions, and presentations, I strengthened my skills in strategic thinking, teamwork, and communication. Our team’s efforts were recognized with the Excellence Award, highlighting the practicality and innovation of our strategy
Reflections and Learnings
This internship gave me valuable exposure to the real-world challenges of marketing in a global company. I learned how important it is to balance creativity with market feasibility and how team collaboration can transform individual ideas into actionable solutions.
Personally, I felt proud to contribute to a project that directly connected with youth culture and to see our ideas acknowledged by Uber’s leadership. The experience not only improved my confidence in presenting and defending ideas but also deepened my interest in business, innovation, and cross-cultural communication.
